Your answers indicate that you are a VIBRANT MAMA!
Go you! You know what you want and need and know how to prioritize yourself. You are a calmer, happier, and more mindful mama because of it.
You are living a life that you are happy with and some simple shifts can support you in fully stepping into the life you desire. Even moms like you who are rocking this mama thing can find simple ways to bring more ease, grace and fun into motherhood.
Consider what unhelpful expectations or limiting beliefs that are holding you back from fully stepping into the life you desire. Becoming aware of these, noticing when they pop up and intentionally not allowing these to drive your decisions and actions can do wonders for your vitality.
How could you prioritize your health and wellbeing that much more? Would it be going to bed 15 minutes earlier or getting up ten minutes before your little ones wake up, so you have time to have a cup of tea or do a meditation while the household is still quiet? Maybe just noticing when you are feeling stressed and taking a couple deep breaths or sitting outside in the sunshine when you and your kids eat lunch would be enough right now.

What supports and connections would make it easier for you to show up more as the mama you want to be and to parent with even more ease, enjoyment and energy? Perhaps finding more likeminded mamas to spend time with or dividing household chores up more evenly with your partner would be all that is needed.
Keep doing what you are doing! Keep showing up for yourself! You got this!
Your answers indicate that you are a BURNTOUT MAMA. You need a break!
You are surviving motherhood, but you would love to start thriving too! It is unrelenting. Who has time to enjoy being a mother when you feel so tired and are under so much pressure and the to do list is never-ending?
You are way down on your priority list. You put everyone else’s needs before your own and you are exhausted by this. It all just seems to be getting harder. Tasks are piling up and you can’t seem to get out of the overwhelm, indecision and exhaustion.
You try to do it all by yourself and hold sky high expectations of yourself to be supermom, but it is hard to live up to all of these expectations that you set for yourself.
You can’t even think of the last time you did something for yourself or prioritized your own health. How can you do that when you have so many other responsibilities like keeping little ones alive and happy?
You don’t even know what your own needs are anymore or how you are feeling or even what you want in life because that just all seems too hard to think about right now.
What if you just took a moment to imagine what it is that you would love for your future. How would a more vibrant future you spend her time? What would she be doing in her daily life to enable her to be healthy, happy and enjoy being a mom?
