How could you prioritize your health and wellbeing that much more? Would it be going to bed 15 minutes earlier or getting up ten minutes before your little ones wake up, so you have time to have a cup of tea or do a meditation while the household is still quiet? Maybe just noticing when you are feeling stressed and taking a couple deep breaths or sitting outside in the sunshine when you and your kids eat lunch would be enough right now.

 

What supports and connections would make it easier for you to show up more as the mama you want to be and to parent with even more ease, enjoyment and energy? Perhaps finding more likeminded mamas to spend time with or dividing household chores up more evenly with your partner would be all that is needed.
