We live in a world that makes motherhood so much harder than it needs to be for us mamas, which often leads us to the brink of burnout without even realizing it.

You are NOT failing

If you answered yes to any of the above, that is okay. You are not failing. You are living in a world that wasn’t designed to help mothers with the most important work of all time – raising the future. With my professional training as a psychologist and my own lived experience as a mother of two energetic little boys, I get it. Deeply.

I’m here to help by walking alongside you every step of the way to help you move out of exhaustion and overwhelm. Through our personalized 1:1 sessions together, I can support you to reconnect with your true self, uplift your motherhood experience as a whole and build a happier, healthier and calmer family.

It might sound impossible – I get that too – but it’s not. I’m here to help you embrace your own style of motherhood so you can show up for your kids, your family and yourself with confidence and ease.

As mamas, we tend to be given spa treatments in the name of support. But what we often need is guidance for long term strategies and solutions so we can truly enjoy the day-to-day life of being a mom.

Parenting strategies that lend themselves to more gentle parenting and attachment focused styles


Setting up a lifestyle and environment that supports their little ones to thrive and their brains to develop optimally


Addressing their little ones’ struggles with inattention, hyperactivity, emotional meltdowns, anxiety & behavioural difficulties 

There are two ways that I work 1:1 with moms:

1:1 PSYCHOTHERAPY

If you reside in Australia and have a Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor, you can use these toward your sessions. This work together with be uniquely based on your needs and goals. Sessions will be 50 minutes in length and together we can decide how many sessions are appropriate. 

1:1 COACHING

For mamas who live anywhere in the world, we can work together in a coaching relationship. This work together is also based on your specific needs and goals. Sessions will be 50 minutes in length and will be tailored to your individual needs, goals and experience.

How to get started

My work draws predominantly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
