Creating a Vibrant You: Intentional Motherhood and Thriving
Many women move through motherhood on autopilot – responding to daily demands, expectations and exhaustion without pausing to ask what they actually want their life to look like. Taking time to reflect on your vision, values and priorities helps you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels vibrant, grounded and aligned. The questions below are designed to help you start defining that future self so you can begin making decisions that move you toward it.
Answering these questions will help you clarify what the vibrant you looks like. It is different for everyone. As you get crystal clear on your vision, values, priorities, beliefs and what you want for your future, making decisions based on this future vibrant you will help move you toward this being your reality.
Start making decisions based on what this future vibrant you wants, needs and does instead of based on the current burnt out, exhausted and overwhelmed you. As we progress through this book, we will delve deeper into these questions but start getting clear now. The clearer we are initially the smoother the journey will be.
This idea of stepping into your future thriving self is explored further in my book, The Motherhood Reset.
