When pregnant, we learn about and plan for birth. After birth, we recognize that recovery is needed. But recovery from pregnancy is not often talked about. 

Recovery from birth AND recovery from pregnancy are essential if we want to be healthy, strong and the best moms we can be. 

Preparation during pregnancy can make recovery from pregnancy and birth a little smoother.
