Episode 31 - Momsomnia and optimizing sleep postpartum with clinical psychologist and sleep expert Dr Daniella Marchetti

Are you worried that you’ll never sleep well again after having a baby?

Do you struggle to fall asleep or find yourself waking in the middle of the night, unable to get back to sleep?

Sleep can feel elusive in motherhood, especially when you’re dealing with postpartum sleep challenges or caring for a baby or young children. But it doesn’t have to be that way. It is possible to get better, more restorative sleep, even in this season of life.

In this episode of the Wild and Well podcast, I talk with sleep expert and clinical psychologist Dr Daniella Marchettiabout sleep in motherhood and how to improve your sleep, energy, and overall well-being.

Even if you’re already getting decent sleep, this conversation will help you understand how to optimize your sleep quality, support your nervous system, and create habits that lead to deeper, more consistent rest.

Dr Daniella is a wealth of knowledge on all things sleep. If you take just one strategy from this episode and implement it, you’ll be on your way to better, deeper sleep for both you and your family.
